Something new, inspired by Japanese “Third Category” beers, this is a light, crisp, and has some fruity tones, with a balanced bitterness, an easy to drink style perfect with old fashioned fish and chips or with a Tempura. Made from special malts. Certified Gluten free and Low Carbohydrate.

    • Billabong Brewing has been brewing beer since 1993, and was the original pioneer of the Brew On Premise system in Australia.

      Billabong Brewing have developed over the years, three beers that are not only great tasting for all to drink, but are suitable for Coeliac sufferers as they are certified Gluten Free.

      We intend to expand all our range of beers but in particular we are developing more in the range of Gluten Free beers to include light larger, Pale Ale and the famous Tiger Ginger Beer.

      We have had support from the Coeliac Society of WA Perth as well as the Coeliac Society of Australia and our gluten free beers proudly carry the crossed wheat symbol of the Coeliac society.
