Bon Chiens l Farmhouse Ale
This ancient style brew uses a specialty high alcohol champagne hybrid yeast and is traditionally brewed using new season malts. 

The beer presents with orange blossom aromas and a full pallet of flavours, sweet biscuit, hints of sour, citrus, umami and mild bitterness. 

This beer is like vintage champagne and gets better with cellaring providing some of those great oaky flavours found in French champagne. 

Special candied sugar is made with fresh oranges, with the orange peel in the boil and local Tamborine honey added to the fermenter. 7.9% ABV — 30 IBU

Double Red l Imperial Amber
This beer is continuously hopped during the 90-minute boil, providing a long balanced bitter beer.

Strong herbaceous hop aromas lead you into the fulfilling full bodied caramel, chocolate and biscuit palette, finishing long with hop bitterness.

This bold Red Ale boasts a significantly more complex malt profile than its cousin Red Tail using 5 different Australian malts, and seasonal yeasts. 6.2% ABV — 62 IBU
