STORM KING KOLSCH
Taste: Smooth and refreshing, lightly hopped. Dangerously easy to drink. ABV: 3.6%
INDIA PALE ALE
Taste: Sharp bitter back palate with a hint of pine. ABV: 4.9%
GRANITE PILS
Taste: Refreshing with a slightly bitter back palate. ABV: 4.9%
STANTHORPE APPLE
Taste: Starts as a light Ale and ends with cider tang. ABV: 5.5% to 5.8%?
IRISH RED ALE (IRA)
Taste: Caramel with a bitter finish. ABV: 5.0% 
WHEAT
Taste: Thick full mouth feel, refreshing. ABV: 4.5% 
POZIERS PORTER
Taste: Caramel with a bitter finish. ABV: 4.5%

    • Our ales and lagers are hand-crafted 1000 litres (9 barrels) at a time.

      We use nothing but the freshest ingredients to create these dynamic beers.

      Some are traditional styles and some are blends of styles all designed to be distinct in flavour balance, drinkability and freshness.

      We use traditional malt grain, hops, and yeast.

      We buy our base malts (around 80% of the grain used) from a company which sources its barley from western Queensland.

      Our chief brewer Geoff, insists on not using preservatives, sugar or pasteurization to help us achieve the ultimate taste, as unique as he is.
